 Purpose – Camera access may be requested to enable you to have a smooth onboarding process or  in case you wish to upload any photo or document on the Platform to avail any of the product features or services on the Platform. 

1.04 Microphone

Information Collected – We may require access to microphone to make certain features & facilities available on the Platform.

Purpose – Microphone access may be required for adding voice messages to the greeting features or transactions on the passbook or any such similar features on the app.

1.05 Screen sharing

Information Collected – We may request for sharing your screen to avail some of our personal assistant features on the app or similar features.

Purpose – The Platform allows you to reach out to our dedicated agents to seek assistance for various purposes such as booking a cab through mobile phone, ordering food etc. For providing this assistance, the agents may request you to share your screen with them or seek your permission to share their screen with you.

1.06 Phone Number

Information Collected – We may collect a unique mobile number provided by you at the time of signup. This is unique for each account on the Platform

Purpose – This information is required to provide you access to your profile on the Platform. We will use this to communicate with you about our products and services, contests from sponsors or advertisers.

1.07 Device Information

Information Collected – We may collect information about your device such as mobile device, model number, hardware model, operation systems/version, network connectivity, carrier details and other similar information.

Purpose – These details may be required to ensure that you have the latest version of the Platform mobile application, receive application updates, to prevent frauds such as suspicious logins behaviour and to allow the Platform application to perform consistently.

Purpose – These details may be requested for proper functioning of certain services/product or features and will also help in fraud check/behaviours.

Information Collected – We may request for access to your SMS to enable you to avail certain product features or services.

Purpose – This will help us smoothen the process of intimating your family member/caregivers and/or other members selected by you during the onboarding journey journey for reaching out in case of emergency.

Information Collected – We may request for access to your dialer to enable you to avail certain product features or services.

Purpose – This will help us smoothen the process of enabling calls to your family member/caregivers and/or other members selected by you during the onboarding journey for reaching out in case of emergency.

4.3 Request for deletion of PII: In case you request for deletion of your PII, please note it will be deleted with 7 days from the date of submission of your request on the link so provided for the same.

In case You do not provide Your consent or later withdraw Your consent, or request for deletion of your PII data, we request You not to access the Platform, Content or use the Services. We also reserve the right to not provide you any Services and/or Content on the Platform and/or features of the Platform once You withdraw Your consent. In such a scenario, We will delete Your information (personal or otherwise)or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributable to You. In the event, we retain the Personal Information post withdrawal or cancellation of Your consent, it shall retain it only for the period permitted under applicable laws.
