Purpose – Microphone access may be required for adding voice messages to the greeting features or transactions on the passbook or any such similar features on the app.

Information Collected – We may request for sharing your screen to avail some of our personal assistant features on the app or similar features.
Purpose – The Platform allows you to reach out to our dedicated agents to seek assistance for various purposes such as booking a cab through mobile phone, ordering food etc. For providing this assistance, the agents may request you to share your screen with them or seek your permission to share their screen with you.

Information Collected – We may collect a unique mobile number provided by you at the time of signup. This is unique for each account on the Platform
Purpose – This information is required to provide you access to your profile on the Platform. We will use this to communicate with you about our products and services, contests from sponsors or advertisers.

4.3 Request for deletion of PII: In case you request for deletion of your PII, please note it will be deleted with 7 days from the date of submission of your request on the link so provided for the same.
In case You do not provide Your consent or later withdraw Your consent, or request for deletion of your PII data, we request You not to access the Platform, Content or use the Services. We also reserve the right to not provide you any Services and/or Content on the Platform and/or features of the Platform once You withdraw Your consent. In such a scenario, We will delete Your information (personal or otherwise)or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributable to You. In the event, we retain the Personal Information post withdrawal or cancellation of Your consent, it shall retain it only for the period permitted under applicable laws.
